AI drafting is not the final review
AI can help organize research and produce a first draft, but publication still requires editorial judgment. The reviewer is responsible for accuracy, usefulness, and whether the page deserves to exist.
Check the answer first
Read the opening as a customer would. Does it answer the actual question quickly? Remove generic introductions, unsupported promises, and sections that exist only to make the article longer.
Verify claims and remove invented experience
Check statistics, regulations, pricing, product details, and technical claims against reliable sources. Remove fake quotes, fake case studies, invented credentials, and first-hand language that was never supplied.

Look for originality
Compare the article with the client’s existing pages and related articles. It should add a distinct angle, example, explanation, or decision aid—not simply rearrange familiar competitor language.
Run the technical pass
- Use a clear title, H1, and descriptive headings.
- Confirm the meta description and canonical URL are accurate.
- Check internal links and descriptive image alt text.
- Verify the page is crawlable, indexable, mobile-friendly, and free of broken markup.
Publish less, improve more
A smaller set of genuinely useful pages is a better content library than a constant stream of near-duplicates. Use performance data to improve weak pages instead of treating publication volume as the goal.
